Priva Top Control consists of a whole family of software for building control. The Priva concept ensures that you only have to enter the necessary data once. This information is subsequently used in all packages.

Priva Top Control uses freely configurable control modules, backed up by a powerful graphic programming environment. Each control module comes with clear installation diagrams, which are automatically repeated in the user-friendly operating software. Special management packages ensure efficient data and failure management

The right application - for every use

TC Vision The TC Vision operating software enables you to take control of your Priva system immediately. You are able to see what happens in your installations at a glance. TC Vision quickly provides you with instructions on how to control and manage your building control system. Measurement curves and analog controls are instantly available. Energy consumption curves or tables are displayed on the PC screen with just a couple of mouse clicks. Different types of system messages can be retrieved, evaluated, classified and analysed via TC Vision. This includes communication, operating and failure messages from the Priva Compri HX controller.The option to store curve and table data for use at a later date, for instance in a spreadsheet, makes TC Vision into a powerful analysis tool.
TC WebVision: The webserver application for web based access with every visualisation option to control all Priva Top Control systems remotely using the intranet or bthe internet; you only have to maintain files in one location.
TC WebDisplay: Text oriented web based access from PC or PDA that communiactes directly with the embedded webserver in the controller.
TC Remote: The PC application with a clearly laid out selection of variables and settings for personalised individual control. TC Remote featured as a pop-up window is always close at hand whenever you want to view or modify your personal climate settings. Room controls via the PC are eminently suitable for offices with flexible workplaces, where it is impractical to run lines and cables through/via walls. TC Remote can be adjusted to modified office set-ups quickly and easily.
TC History: The application for long-term data logging that retrieves and stores selected data on-line in an open database. The Priva Compri HX controller can provide short-term storage facilities for curves, tables and messages. The TC History package provides a long term storage solution.
TC ServeCenter: The PC application for alarm management that monitors your local Priva building Management system as well as Priva installations in other locations via modems or the company network. If necessary, TC ServeCenter informs the on-call engineer via an email or a text message to a mobile phone.
24 hour monitoring TC ServeCenter registers the failure message and evaluates its urgency. The package immediately informs the technician on call, for instance via SMS, semascript or e-mail. TC ServeCenter continues to monitor the fault until the technician has confirmed receipt of the message or until the building control system sends a message to confirm that the fault has been repaired. In the absence of any reaction the package will again try to contact the first technician, or it will pass on the message to the reserve technician on call. Failure management can also be transferred to an external party, for instance a Priva Partner. The numerous communication facilities make the Priva system highly suitable for remote control and maintenance.
TC OPC Server: This application makes information from your building control system available to other PC applications in a standardised way.
TC OPC Client: Interfaces with third-party equipment via TC Webvision and TC Vision.
TC Select: The Priva Top Control engineering application with hundreds of ready-to-use control modules and graphic programming options for creating and maintaining a building control system in an integrated way.
