Concord Controls provides a range of individually tailored solutions for our clients. Each of our clients has unique requirements and Concord Controls identifies their requirements and provides custom solutions that meet their needs on-time and on-budget.

Concord Controls have the in-house capability to design, install and commission a complete Building Management System at any location throughout the UK. A dedicated engineering team headed by Richard Ford, Engineering Services Director ensures that our clients are fully aware at all times of the capacity and capability of the system being developed for their property thus ensuring that every client receives exactly what they desire through proactive data gathering, on time and within budget.
Client Training Client Training
Concord Controls recognise that manufacture specific training is an important facet towards understanding the operation of a BMS within your building but we endorse and deploy client-training regimes that include all aspects of the overall systems rather than component items. These training courses are carried out at site level on an individual one-to-one or group basis to ensure that your on-site team understands the overall system that will undoubtedly assist in remedying solutions in the future.

Concord Controls' business was founded upon the 'critical building' upgrade and enhancement market sector. We are able to demonstrate our ability and expertise in operating and installing such BMS improvements within these buildings as we are fully aware that any existing systems would also be required to be kept in full working order during any upgrade/enhancement activities that are being undertaken.
Engineer Callout and Support Engineer Callout and Support
Concord operates a twenty-four hour, year round control engineer callout service for all of our contracted clients. As a nationwide company we ensure that the duty engineer within your area responds to any callout instigated via the dedicated out of hours bureau thus ensuring that the most effective solution is instigated whenever a response situation ensues. Contact us if you require your current service contract to be upgraded to included provision.
Helpdesk and Monitoring Services Helpdesk and Monitoring Services
During normal office hours we offer to all our clients a manned Helpdesk facility which is implemented by a dedicated engineer to assist with system rectification. Experience has shown that through effective use of the Helpdesk Concord has been able to reduce unnecessary site attendance resulting in reduced client expenditure.
Training Training
Concord recognise that our engineering team is our most important asset and to support them we implement a 'training plan' for each individual to ensure that they are fully conversant with the latest product information, management skills and health and safety data and initiatives. For those engineers that are specialist in the products of Trend Controls we are training them all to the status of 'Trend Expert'.
